The kitchen is a particular standout: fully equipped kitchen & inventory, including a large american-style fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery & cutlery, and a curved breakfast bar bench.

Three shower rooms in total (one of which is an ensuite shower in one of the double rooms) - plus an additional separate toilet. The rear garden with side access is a genuine bonus in the warmer months, with a gravelled BBQ terrace that becomes a natural evening retreat.

The property sits in ideal reach of Southampton city centre, the port, and the region's major business parks — making it the natural choice for contractors and corporate teams operating across Hampshire.
