With six bedrooms across two floors — a mix of doubles and twins (or by arrangement, twin-beds) — Nightingales comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The layout has been carefully arranged to give everyone individual space while encouraging a communal feel in the generous shared areas.

The kitchen is a particular standout: fully equipped kitchen & inventory, including a large american-style fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery & cutlery, and a curved breakfast bar bench.

Three shower rooms in total (one of which is an ensuite shower in one of the double rooms) - plus an additional separate toilet. The rear garden with side access is a genuine bonus in the warmer months, with a gravelled BBQ terrace that becomes a natural evening retreat.

The property sits in ideal reach of Southampton city centre, the port, and the region's major business parks — making it the natural choice for contractors and corporate teams operating across Hampshire. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs and fully equipped for laundry, including washing machine, separate tumble dryer and drying racks, mean nothing has been overlooked. Free on street parking is also available, and additional permit parking can be arranged if required.
